Cancellations
Once a project or service has been initiated, cancellations are not encouraged.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Refunds
Payments made for services already started, delivered, or completed are non-refundable.
For projects cancelled before work commencement, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting administrative charges.
