Cancellations

  • Once a project or service has been initiated, cancellations are not encouraged.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Refunds

  • Payments made for services already started, delivered, or completed are non-refundable.

  • For projects cancelled before work commencement, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting administrative charges.

No Refund Policy Applies To:

  • Digital marketing campaigns

  • SEO services

  • Design and creative work

  • Website development milestones already completed
